This fresh sparkling wine with an elegant purple colour is made from pedro jiménez and cabernet sauvignon grapes, creating a pure nose of red fruit with floral (violets) and even mineral tastes. Slightly plump on the palate with fruity cherry and strawberry and a harmonious finish. Delicious as an aperitif.
